  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the copyright owner or their agent.

Repeat Infringer Policy: We will terminate access for users who receive three valid copyright infringement complaints within any six-month period.

If your violation results in legal action or harm to any party, you shall be liable for liquidated damages of $150,000 per violation. These amounts are a reasonable estimate of damages and not a penalty. If a court finds these amounts unenforceable, they shall be reduced only to the extent necessary to be enforceable. We may assign any damage claims to affected third parties.
